Please see below information on our holiday caravan, camping pod, and camping and touring prices for 2025.

Camping and Touring Tariff 2025

All prices are per night for 2 adults, unit and 1 car.

Charges include VAT, free hot showers, use of the WC and shower facilities, free Wi-fi and use of the swimming pool, sauna and tennis court.

*Awning extensions and gazebos can only be erected with the agreement of the Duty Manager on arrival at the park.

Arrival time 2.30 pm, departure time 11.00 am, unless by special arrangement.

Booking deposit (non-refundable) – 50% of the total invoice.  The balance is payable at least one month before the start of your holiday.

Discounts available – £1.50 per night discount for Club members (Caravan Club, Motor Caravan Club and Caravan & Camping Club), £1.00 per night discount for over 60’s (low and mid season only).  Only one discount applies.  Various camping cards accepted – see relevant guide for details.  Regular customer discounts available.

Special rates available for longer stays (not high season) – £155.00 per week for 2 adults, unit, car and electric.  Minimum stay – 7 nights.  Maximum stay 14 nights.  Not including Bank Holidays, Easter and October half-term.

Minimum stay 2 nights (prices quoted above for short breaks are 3 nights Friday to Monday or 4 nights Monday to Friday)

Pets (maximum of 2) are charged at £3.00 per pet per night (Blackdown, Otter & Exe only).

Our holiday caravans are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure

SMALL PARTY REDUCTIONS (Not Exe or Exe Super)

  • A £70 discount on weekly bookings for 2-3 people
  • £30.00 off any short break price listed above for 2-3 people.

SPECIAL OFFERS

  • Book 2 consecutive weeks and get a £70 reduction off your second week
  • Free accommodation for pre-school children outside school holidays – bring a family of 4 and only pay the 2-3 person rate
  • Mid week special. Escape for a quiet mid week break in spring or autumn
