Helpful Information
At our reception you will be able to find information about local taxis, cycle hire, dog kennels, maps for the local forest walks and information about local attractions. Our reception team will also be happy to post pre-stamped letters and postcards so you can leave them with us.
We hope that no guest will ever need it, however, our reception is also the base for First Aid should you need any assistance during your stay.
Telephone
Mobile signal at Forest Glade can be patchy and can vary according to which network you are with. It is possible to find places on the park where there is signal, however if you need to make an emergency phone-call or need to be contacted in an emergency please do not hesitate to ask in the shop or reception for assistance.
Hire
You are able to hire a variety of items from our reception including sports equipment and bricks for BBQs and fire pits free of charge.
Please note – guests are welcome to bring their own barbecues and fire pits for use at the park. These do need to have legs or be raised off the ground using bricks which we provide. Please use barbecues and fire pits safely and responsibly and never take them inside your tent.
