Is everything changing from 19 July?

As Boris Johnson said in his update on Monday evening, 12 July 2021, "Coronavirus has not gone away." We want you to have a good holiday and to feel comfortable, and we also want to keep our staff safe. So here's what we are doing.

Facilities

All our facilities are now fully open. Please could we ask that you continue to:

Wear masks in all indoor shared areas
Use hand sanitiser before entering indoor facilities and when using the play areas
Observe social distancing so that everyone feels comfortable during their stay
Supervise your children
Check in at Reception when you arrive – we will note your time of arrival
Ask any visitors you have to report to Reception where we will take their contact details and arrival time.

Swimming pool

We are continuing to operate timed, booked swims. Take a look at our swimming pool page to find out more.

Protecting our staff

Our staff will continue to wear masks when working inside shared areas and screens, etc. will remain in place in the shop and Reception. There will still be a one way system in place for the shop.
