General information
Every year we open on 15 March and close on 15 November.
Our pitch fees for 2025 are:
Right hand side Owl Close – £2675.00
Left hand side Owl Close – £2990.00.
Electricity is metered and the caravans are connected to bottled gas.
Please note that commercial letting, or ‘sub-letting’ is not permitted under any circumstances.
Licence agreement
We use an agreement, drawn up by the British Holiday and Home Parks Association in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading, and this is issued to all owners of holiday caravans on the park. We give our owners at least 15 years from the date of manufacture, subject to the condition of the caravan on review. This maintains the high standards expected on our park. Details of the Licence Agreement are explained and agreed when a sale is completed.
Insurance
Insurance for your holiday caravan is available through us.
