We have a small fleet of privately owned holiday caravans here so you could be one of the few who are lucky enough to own your own holiday home in Devon in a unique setting.

General information

Every year we open on 15 March and close on 15 November.

Please note that commercial letting, or ‘sub-letting’ is not permitted under any circumstances.

Licence agreement

We use an agreement, drawn up by the British Holiday and Home Parks Association in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading, and this is issued to all owners of holiday caravans on the park. We give our owners at least 15 years from the date of manufacture, subject to the condition of the caravan on review. This maintains the high standards expected on our park. Details of the Licence Agreement are explained and agreed when a sale is completed.
