If you love making your own entertainment with your family then we are the ideal location for your family holiday. We are a family-run park where 3 generations have over 45 years of experience offering great family holidays in Devon.
During your stay you can enjoy forest walks, an indoor heated swimming pool, play areas and plenty of room to play ball games. During the evening why not take a walk and do some stargazing from our Five Acre Field or visit the Games Room. Here you can enjoy a game of table tennis, race each other on our driving game or tire out your under 6’s in our indoor soft play area.

Family caravan holidays in Devon
We’ve got holiday caravans to suit every budget and pets are welcome in some units. The Otter holiday caravan sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and is reasonably priced for a family caravan holiday. Conveniently located near the forest, pool and play areas each is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable family holiday.
For those who prefer not to stay in pet-friendly holiday caravans the Culm caravan also sleeps 6 and has a modern feel.
The best family holidays
We have a choice of spacious 8 berth caravans ideal for a holiday with your extended family. Why not bring the grandparents? Each of our Exe or Exe Super holiday caravans has a double bedroom and two twin rooms. There’s even an extra loo and a spacious living area. If you want to bring your family pet(s) the Exe caravan is ideal situated near the forest for those all-important walks.
Holiday with friends
Why not organise a group holiday with friends. We can offer a mix of accommodation and pitches and will aim to get you as near to each other as possible. We have various areas of the park where you can all pitch together.
The Christmas Tree Field is lovely for a group of families to camp together. There are nine pitches in total in this field, including five with electric hook-ups.
The Five Acre Field is great for groups with lots of room to spread out and space for the children to play safely. There’s no electric in this field but if it’s proper camping that you enjoy then this is the place for you. And it’s a great location for stargazing.
Bring your family pet
Family pets are welcome in some of our holiday caravans and on all camping and touring pitches. There’s 300 acres of woodland for dog walks and several local dog parks for safe and secure off-lead exercise. So your pet can enjoy a family holiday in Devon too!
Where to go and what to see
Conveniently located in mid Devon near the Somerset border there’s lots to see and do within an hour’s drive – beaches, family fun attractions, great pubs, zoos, trams and trains and plenty more.
