We are always seeking to provide our guests with a fantastic holiday experience whilst staying at Forest Glade. To support your enjoyment of the park, we are proud to offer an assortment of activity areas to keep you entertained whilst staying on-site.
As well as all our other onsite outdoor facilities, we also have a fantastic outdoor children’s play area. This outdoor playground consists of a timber playground and aerial runway for children to enjoy. This children’s play area is completely safe away from any roads, however, we always remind parents to keep an eye on their children.
Forest Glade has an excellent outdoor tennis court on-site which is free for all our guests to use. To use the tennis court, simply visit either the shop or reception to book a timeslot. We understand that many of our guests travel light when staying at Forest Glade, and so, we provide a free hire service where all guests can borrow any equipment should they need it.
Please be mindful to take care whilst using the tennis court by wearing soft-soled shoes and by clearing away any litter.
We have an excellent Badminton Lawn for guests to enjoy – we believe that a game of Badminton is particularly fun to play on a warm summer’s afternoon. This facility can be found behind our on-site shop and is centrally located for ease of convenience. There’s no need to pre-book the Badminton Lawn, so you are free to enjoy this facility whenever it is free.
We also offer a free hire service for those needing Badminton rackets or shuttlecocks.
Enjoyed by adults and children alike, one of most popular outdoor facilities has to be our outdoor table tennis table. The table tennis table is a lot of fun for all guests, not only the players but spectators too. To use our table tennis facility, please ask either the shop or reception for paddles.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, the table tennis facility is only available during dry weather.
We have a dedicated Ball Game Area on-site, which is the perfect spot for playing cricket, rounders, and football. If you find that this area is busy, you are also welcome to use the Five Acre Field, but we ask everyone to please be mindful of other guests camping in that area.
