Believe the reviews! This place is a little gem. The pool was a good size and it was easy to book a 25 min slot for the family. Quiet site after 10pm (important to us), beautiful woodland walks all around, and very friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Cannot fault this place!

A lovely holiday park

I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know what a lovely holiday park you have (which I’m sure you already know :)!)….my husband and I had a lovely time this weekend staying at forest glade. Our dog loved the forest walks and the map was fab, always nice to go on a guided walk, rather than finding your own way….normally getting lost and then some sort of disagreement on route lol!!
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, all of the staff were extremely friendly and can I say the breakfast pastries were yummy and an added bonus to the weekend! The shop was fully equipped for any items that you may have forgotten and for once, not over priced. We have stayed on a few sites and the shop is always over priced!
It was soo nice to stay on a nice site, where there is no loud evening entertainment, all of the guests seemed friendly and everyone just keeping themselves to themselves, especially in the current situation. The peace and quiet was lovely!

Not only were the facilities spotless, the pitches large and perfect, but you were all so lovely too. You are by far the best campsite we’ve ever been to. A perfect retreat. Ideal for the current situation with distancing taken seriously. Miles of walks, loads of space and a truly beautiful environment. The caravan was spotless and a very high standard. We’ll be back.

Highly Recommended. Barbara and I have stayed there many times since the 1970s. and more recently last year and twicce this year. A great place to stay with lots of local walks and nearby seaside places such as Beer, Budleigh Salton and Sidmouth. Book, go and enjoy.

Having had a great holiday with you this year, we would like to book again for next year. We were that impressed we are bringing some friends. Both my daughter (5) and son (1) thought the playground was excellent. They had a great time on the zip wire. The swimming pool was a welcome addition and my daughter had great fun learning to swim.

I would like to send you an email of thanks. We have just spend two nights at your caravan park. What an amazing setting, our dogs loved the forest which we could also look at out of our van window ( forest way no.1 ) We also had the zip wire and play area that the grandchildren had the independence but we could keep the window open to hear and see them. They also loved the swimming pool. The caravan was wide which made it open, light and airy.

Just a quick email to thank you (and your colleagues) for a wonderful holiday at your park. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were really impressed with the cleanliness of both the caravan and the site overall. As mentioned to your colleagues it was the “best site” we have stayed at in over 20 years. It was unusual and very helpful to have clear instructions on how to operate appliances (eg. heating) within the caravan. The amount of local attractions / things to do information provided was also extremely useful and informative. Without exception, all of the staff we met were welcoming, helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs.
Keep up the good work. We will have no hesitation in recommending your site to our friends and family and (if able to do so) will leave a suitable review on “Trip Advisor”

The Caravan was very well equipped, layout well thought out and good use of space and very comfortable. In fact I hired a caravan for my son and his family for a weekend break too and my grandchildren told me they thought it was a great.
