An excellent selection of dog walks can be accessed from the park and there are plenty of dog friendly beaches nearby. The local area is geared up for days out with your four-legged friend. We have five types of holiday caravan available. In every caravan you’ll find a high spec kitchen and a TV! Our 2-bed caravans sleep 6 people, and our 3-bed caravans sleep up to 8.
Our timber camping pods are a cosy, unique alternative to tents. Enjoy the great outdoors, without the hassle of putting up a tent! Our pods boast a range of amenities and will be your ideal retreat after a long day exploring the Devon countryside. You’ll love a glamping holiday in Devon!
At Forest Glade we welcome a range of vehicles, including campers, touring caravans, motorhomes, as well as tents of all sizes. You’ll be well sheltered however you choose to stay, due to our attractive location within a forest clearing.
Many of our vehicle pitches have electric hook-ups, and you’ll have the choice between hard standing and grass pitches.
Our Christmas Tree and Five Acre Fields are great for camping. The Christmas Tree Field is grass-based, and is situated in the heart of the site – close to the swimming pool and play areas. The Five Acre Field is slightly further away from the facilities, but is perfect for large families and offers more space to spread out!
However you choose to stay, you’ll have access to our central amenities building where you’ll find hot showers, a laundry and our campers kitchen! If you truly want to be at one with nature, a camping and touring holiday in Devon is the way to go!

Enjoy a family swim whatever the weather in our free indoor heated swimming pool. We run this on a booking system to ensure it isn’t too overcrowded and everyone gets a turn. The pool is open every day, and the sessions are 25 minutes – which is perfect for younger members of the family. We also have a toddler pool – so little ones can enjoy a safe swim, too.
Adults can book a slot in our Sauna at Reception or in the shop.
Forest Glade is one of the best family friendly holiday parks in Devon, so we have a number of facilities for children.
There are two separate play areas, a ball games area and all-weather tennis court. Bring a football or cricket set, or hire rackets and balls from the shop.
We also have an indoor soft play and games room. This features a pool and table football, table tennis and a range of arcade games.
